Speed, skill, style are all words that are very appealing to me. And all words that encompass the Bentley Hahnenkamm Experience 2020. Follow along to see what Leonard and I got up to in Kitzbühel.

We were invited by Bentley to the Austrian alps to view the 80th Hahnenkamm Races and attend the festivities surrounding them. For those not
familiar, the Hahnenkammrennen is the highlight in alpine skiing, consisting of exciting events, with the ultimate being the Streif downhill race (the steepest downhill course in the world!).

Bentley has a lodge in Kitzbühel, host city of the Hahnenkammrennen, which was the main hub for viewing the races. The lodge is a luxury retreat reflecting Bentley’s unique style and extending their world-renowned hospitality. As Bentley’s guest, we stayed at the Kitzbühel Country Club, where we had access to their world-class spa, gym and pools, fine bars and restaurants, a cigar lounge and private cinema. Bentley always takes superior care of their guests.

The Hahnenkammrennen comes with a lot of celebrating. We attended the legendary Weißwurstparty at the Stanglwirt! Such a fun event and what’s more fun than traditional food, music and dancing, wearing traditional alpine apparel. And from beer and brats to black tie and bubbly, we celebrated the fearless ski competitors at the Kitz-Race party. To say this was a week-end of the best in sport, tradition and luxury is an understatement. But let us never forget a little romance… Leonard and I stole a moment for a horse drawn carriage ride through the snow.

But back to why Bentley brought us to Kitzbühel: speed, skill and style. Along with the Hahnenkamm Race and its competitors, Bentley had new beauties for us to experience. We had the absolute pleasure of driving the Bentayga Speed. Throwaway all your presumptions about SUVs, this one is the world’s fastest (0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds fast!) yet has all the un-
mistakable Bentley luxury, sophistication and innovation.

And for something that soars, the all-new Flying Spur. This third generation luxury vehicle pushes the boundaries of what we know as a 4-door sedan. The Flying Spur still holds its original integrity but adds all the technological bells and whistles for the modern driver and passenger. Bentley’s new Flying Spur and Bentayga Speed will give the Hahnenkamm racers a run for their money!We had an amazing time with Bentley at their Hahnenkamm Experience. An amazing event to kick-off the year, done the only way Bentley knows how, with speed, style and sophistication!
