It’s unbelievable how time flies – finally it’s time to show you my capsule collection with EDITED that I’ve been working on for so long. For almost a year we’ve been looking for ideas, designing and choosing cuts or colors. After working with people so closely for such a long time, I can assure you that it has been a big pleasure to work with such a professional yet lovely team like the EDITED girls.

The inspiration and idea behind the collection was to create some typical signature looks of mine that would display my sense of style. Because I love the combination of black and white, I had the color palette in my head from the start. Regarding the style, I wanted to design five essential pieces which everyone needs in their wardrobe to be adequate for every occasion.

In the process of designing, I thought about my personal key pieces and how I usually style them. The result was more obvious than I expected: I needed to create an extraordinary blazer, a cozy jumper, skinny denim pants, a lace dress and the perfect basic shirt to have a typical Lena look.

Also very close to my heart was to have the pieces be simple and modern, yet very timeless and classic. I wanted to make sure the pieces could be worn either super casual or be a very stylish, fashionable business look. The pictures from our lookbook, shot in Paris , are supposed to inspire to combine the pieces in very different ways. Which one is your favorite?
